Grease and flour a loaf tin
Preheat oven to 160ºC or 320ºF
Into a bowl add:
1 cup Sugar
175g Butter
Mix with fork until combined
2 Beaten Eggs
3 mashed bananas
2 cups Flour
1tsp Baking Soda
1 cup Choc chips or pieces
½ cup of chopped nuts – Pecans or Walnuts are nice
Mix together and add to the tin
Cook for 1 hour on the middle shelf of your oven.
Notes
- When you skewer the cake it will be very moist due to the bananas but make sure there is no raw mixture on it.
- If the top is getting overcooked move to a lower shelf in oven.
- This cake is very nice warm, especially if you added big chocolate chunks :)
